In Ilford this week our regular volunteer Dee and his family served home made chickpea curry and fried bread (Cholay Bhaturay). Dee and his family are regular volunteers and their dedication and commitment is really appreciated by the langar aid family and the service users. β€πŸ™

Our team is committed to helping those who are less fortunate and vulnerable in anyway we can beyond the Langar Seva. Our team also handed out toiletries (shower gel, shampoos, toothpste, deodorants) which have been donated over the last several weeks

With the weather predicted to dip below zero in the coming weeks we will ensure our team is out and about and ensuring the service users stay warm and where they need shelters that they are sign posted.

Our heartfelt thank you to our regular volunteers who make this seva possible. β€πŸ™

It was lovely to have the West Midlands Mayor Andy Street join us with his colleagues at tonights feed at Langar Aid House.

We served fresh jackets with beans thanks to @Tesco and a delicious cake with custard for dessert thanks to the Aujla family.

And thank you to our amazing volunteersπŸ™πŸΌ
